1 x 60-minute consult over Skype or in person
This pathway is ideal for someone who is already on a wellness journey but needs help making a few adjustments. It’s also ideal for those who want to check in after completing the Wellness Program.
Wellness Program $249
1 x 60-minute initial consultation over Skype or in person
We’ll review your health history, family history and health concerns. You will leave with clear direction for the next 4 weeks. I will give you recommendations for food, supplements, essential oils, and other strategies for mind and body healing.
4 x 30-minute follow-up consultations
Building on your first session, we’ll connect every 2 weeks. We will review your progress, how you are feeling and I will add new recommendations slowly, so you’re never overwhelmed. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
Wellness program Plus $349
Same as the Wellness program + a detailed food plan, recipes and shopping list.
Not seeing anything that fits your needs, now worries. I will create a program that best suits your lifestyle so the program is easy for you to maintain.
Workshops $25 (per person)
Decrease the toxic burden on your organs by learning how to make your own home and beauty products. Gather a minimum of four of your friends and I will come to you to teach how to make one of the following.
